Who this is for

What you get

3 Social Platforms
Full management across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (or LinkedIn depending on vertical). Strategy, scheduling, community response, and monthly reporting.
30 Posts/Month — 8 Videos
Original content produced each month: 22 static and carousel posts plus 8 short-form videos. All scripted, produced, and published by us.
GEO — Generative Engine Optimization
Structured content built to rank in AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google SGE). Increasingly where buyers start their search.
Full Ad Channels
Google Search + Performance Max, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok. Strategy, creative, targeting, and bid management — all channels, one team.
SMS Automation
Lead follow-up, booking confirmation, and reactivation sequences via SMS. Consent-gated, compliant, and connected to your CRM and booking system.
2 Landing Pages / Quarter
Purpose-built campaign landing pages — not your homepage. Designed for specific offers, ad traffic, and conversion. Two per quarter, built and live.
Weekly Strategy Calls
30-minute standing call with your account manager. Campaign performance review, content sign-off, and priority decisions for the week ahead.
Monthly Performance Review
Full channel report: ad spend, ROAS, organic reach, lead volume, and pipeline contribution. Delivered before the monthly review call.
+ Everything in Co-Pilot: local SEO, Google Business management, review generation, citation building, and monthly blog content — all included.

How we work together

Weekly
Strategy call with your account manager
30-minute standing call every week. We walk through campaign performance, content calendar, ad spend pacing, and anything that needs a decision. You stay informed without being in the weeds.
Monthly
Full performance review
Every channel, every number. Ad spend, ROAS, organic traffic, content performance, lead volume, pipeline contribution. Delivered in a format built for a business owner — not a marketing dashboard.
Monthly
Content calendar approval
30 days of content drafted, reviewed internally, and sent to you for a single consolidated approval pass. No back-and-forth on individual posts unless you want it — one sign-off, then it runs.
Quarterly
New landing pages live
Two purpose-built campaign pages built and deployed each quarter. Tied to seasonal offers, ad campaigns, or vertical-specific targeting — whatever drives the most pipeline in the next 90 days.

Case Study — Medspa Chain
Multi-Location Medspa

A 3-location medspa group had strong word-of-mouth and mediocre digital presence. Nine months after onboarding onto the Passenger tier, inquiry volume was up 340%, cost per qualified lead was down to $18 across Google and Meta, and a third location had launched with a full pipeline from day one. No in-house marketing hire required.

Common questions

Onboarding runs 2–3 weeks. Week 1: discovery and audit — current channels, existing content, ad account access, brand assets. Week 2: strategy and content calendar draft, ad creative briefing, ad account structure. Week 3: first content live, ads running, reporting dashboard set up. We can compress this if there's a specific launch deadline — flag it in the strategy call.
Minimum 6 months. Ads and organic channels take 60–90 days to optimize; forcing a result evaluation at month 2 is a bad read of the data. After the initial term, we go month-to-month with 30 days' written notice. No exit penalty once the initial term is complete.
Yes. After the initial contract term, you can move tiers with 30 days' notice. Upgrading to Partner is available at any point — we'll prorate the current month. Downgrading mid-contract isn't available because the deliverable commitments are locked at contract start. Most clients who engage at the Passenger tier stay or upgrade — the move to Co-Pilot is rare.
You get a dedicated account manager as your primary contact — one person, not a team inbox. Behind them: a paid media specialist managing Google and Meta, a content lead handling social and video production, an SEO specialist, and a lifecycle specialist running email and SMS. The account manager coordinates everything and is accountable for the whole output. You don't manage the specialists directly.
We work alongside in-house teams often. Typically your person handles internal approvals, asset access, and stakeholder communication; we handle strategy, execution, and reporting. The overlap is usually a net positive — your person stops context-switching between twenty tasks and we get faster approvals. If there's channel overlap we'll define a clean handoff at onboarding so there's no duplication.
